Brantho-Korrux 3 en 1, Pintura Anticorrosiva: Capa base, intermedia y de acabado
Pintura libre de poros, semi-brilliante, elástica. Secado rápido, muy buen recubrimiento de los bordes, alto cubrimiento. Para brocha, rodillo y pistola. Reduce la carga de trabajo debido a la alta cobertura, ahorra una capa y material de pintura. Se reduce el consumo de pintura debido a la alta proporción de particulas sólidas. Larga duración debido a la alta calidad de la protección anticorrosiva. Adherencia extremadamente alta asegura una protección duradera. La alta elasticidad ayuda e evitar daños en la pintura. Puede aplicarse en hierro, acero, óxido, acero inoxidable, aluminio, capas de pinturas antiguas, cobre, vidrio, cinc, muchos plásticos duros y otras superficies. El secado es rápido: de 20 a 30 minutos la pintura deja de estar pegajosa, secado al tacto después de 1-2 horas, Piezas pintadas obtienen su adherencia óptima y pueden ser apilables en aproximadamente 3 dias (depende del espesor de la capa, no es posible acelerar el secado por calor).

"Branth-Chemie A.V. Branth" was founded in 1887 in Hamburg to deliver paints and coatings to the dairy-industry to protect walls and machinery. During the first 50 years also many clients in the food-, beverage- and brewery-industry used the advantages of "Branth-Coatings" in their aggressive environment. In 1956 the first Brantho-Korrux was introduced, a lead-free one-coat anti-corrosion paint with high-solid properties. Since then the quality of Brantho-Korrux has been improved drastically. Since 1987 the most successful Brantho-Korrux type ("3 in 1") is being used by thousands of industrial clients in central europe as a multi-purpose primer and top-coat for almost all metall-surfaces. Brantho-Korrux metall-coatings are easy to use, ensure excellent protection and a high environmental compatibility ever since. In 2002 we started to build a new factory for Brantho-Korrux in Glinde (very close to and east of Hamburg) which went into production in 2004. At the same time we gave up the old site from the 19th century near the harbour of Hamburg. In 2012 we celebrate our 125th anniversary. In 2015 together with our strong partner Materiales-Automatas-Servicios SLU, we start sales activities in the spanish marked.

"Branth-Chemie A.V. Branth" wurde 1887 in Hamburg gegründet, um Farben und Beschichtungen für die Molkerei-Industrie zum Schutz von Wänden und Maschinen zu liefern. Während der ersten 50 Jahre nutzten auch viele Kunden aus der Lebensmittel-, Getränke- und Brauerei-Industrie die Vorteile der "Branth-Beschichtungen" in Ihren aggressiven Betriebsumgebungen. 1956 wurde erstemals Brantho-Corrux vorgestellt, ein bleifreier Dickschicht-Korrosionsschutz-Beschichtungsstoff mit penetrierenden Eigenschaften. Seit dieser Zeit wurde die Qualität von Brantho-Korrux drastisch verbessert. Seit 1987 wird der erfolgreichste Brantho-Korrux-Typ ("3 in 1") von tausenden Industriekunden in Zentraleuropa als Mehrzweckgrundierung und Deckanstrich, auf nahezu allen metallischen Oberflächen eingesetzt. Brantho-Korrux Metallbeschichtungen sind einfach anzuwenden, sichern excellenten Schutz und hoch umweltverträglich. 2002 wurde die neue Fabrik in Glinde bei Hamburg gebaut, 2004 zog die Produktion aus den alten Hallen aus dem 19. Jahrnundert um. Gleichzeitig wurden die alten Produktionsstätten nahe des Hamburger Hafens geschlossen. 2012 feierten wir unser 125 jähriges Bestehen. In 2015 begannen wir mit unserem starken Partner Materiales-Automatas-Servicios SLU die Verkaufsaktivitäten am spanischen Markt.
